"Check-in was excellent; nearly everything afterward was unacceptable. IHG should review this property’s management and compliance with franchise standards.
Our room was cramped and poorly insulated. Heavy fire doors slammed so forcefully that the room shook whenever guests passed. Rowdy guests partied late into the night. Loud groups arrived around 3 and 4 a.m., waking our entire family. A hotel unable to protect guests’ sleep fails at its most basic responsibility. One elevator had vomit in...
"Very clean and my room had by the looks of it had recently been upgraded, could have done with a fan being available in the room, breakfast was acceptable but slow in coming"

"A lovely traditional hotel in a beautiful village, we just wished we could have stayed another night. The staff were very helpful and friendly, our room was spotless and very comfortable. We ate in the hotel restaurant in the evening, it is an Italian restaurant, the food was delicious and the service was excellent. Great choice for breakfast in the morning too."
"The room had tons of hairs covering both end tables, the desk, and the chairs—plain as day dark hairs. The phone was covered in obvious grime. We travel frequently and I’ve never seen anything like it. We were horrified, and with no staff on hand to address the issue with, we left within a few minutes of arrival, immediately reaching out to Expedia with photos of the filthy room. They apologized and tried to negotiate with the hotel staff, but we were charged for the night. Beware!"
"El hotel se encuentra ubicado muy céntrico. Se puede acceder a todos los lugares a pie.
Se encuentra al lado de un parque, o sea en un área verde y tranquilo."
