I have used Hotels.com for years, this is the first time this has happened and therefore also the first time I have realized how difficult it is to contact hotels.com if something happens. 3 days later I have still not god to a chat, found a phone number or anything to contact Hotels.com directly. "Room was nice, a good size. Old furniture and AC. The small balcony off the room is good for sunset. Not the best part of the island to stay, unless you have a car to drive around. The hotel has no kitchen, so no meals or snacks are provided. There are a few restaurants nearby. The lady in the reception was very kind and gave us good tips. "
