"We have stayed in this hotel many times and have tried to get the king suite with a sleeper sofa. That has generally worked out well for us, but this visit the sleeper sofa mattress was incredibly uncomfortable with sagging and springs that impossible not to feel. If they replace the sleeper sofa mattress, then it will be nice, but it was so bad it could hardly be slept on as it was. Hopefully this is just a small glitch. We reported it to the front desk and maybe they will get it changed out "

"No warning when booking that this hotel is under construction. They have workers working until dark, so if you need quiet or peace this is not the place. Staff was not overly friendly or helpful. The front desk attendant huffed and puffed when I asked for a receipt for some snacks I bought with cash. "
