"The check-in location was different from where we’re staying. We arrived at 4pm. There’s supposed to be a person at the reception until 9pm. There was no one there so we used the intercom to communicate with a central call office. To begin with, they couldn’t find our reservation so we had to email them a copy of the confirmation. When we called them back, they were able to find the reservation immediately which makes it appear that the first agent we spoke to didn’t know what they were...

"We were a little worried when we were looking for the hotel because the surrounding buildings in the town are a little run down but the hotel was excellent. Very nice inside, clean, extremely friendly staff, and a nice cafe for breakfast."

"This hotel was better than expected. The rooms are clean, comfortable and even pool view room allows you to see a bit of the sea. It is a 3 stars, but had a small safe (no fee) and the toiletries are the quality of 4 stars. This place is the real Galicia, very few tourists from outside Spain (except Portugal) and it feels like the real northern Spain. The food was very good and the breakfast excellent. Even if you don't have a car, the summer connections of the bus (Monbus, from/to Pontevedra...
