"Do not arrive before 2pm. We arrived at 1:40 and needed to wait until the door was unlocked. The room was clean and the 2 staff members were pleasant. The elevator does not work and we needed to walk up 3 flights. I would not recommend this hotel if you have any mobility issues. The airport shuttle was a taxi that cost 30 euros. "Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die zentrale Lage: Fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Außerdem gibt es in der Umgebung viele nette kleine Lokale, in denen man gemütlich essen und die Atmosphäre genießen kann. Insgesamt ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Sehr empfehlenswert!

"Mixed review as the location of the hotel is excellent with the beach nearby and beautiful views of Isola Bella. The swimming pool was also nice and very much appreciated. However the hotel is very dated and in dire need of upgrades in many areas. Lowest quality beds, sheets, and pillows. Tiny showet and thin, rough, bath towels, etc.
Some of the the daytime staff were very helpful and friendly, however the night manager was rude and unhelpful
