"Gorgeous hotel and excellent location….that’s it! No amenities, like nothing at all, and no finishing touches. No water in the room or anywhere (just vending machine), no bathroom products just a pump soap for everything, toilet paper by the sheet like a public toilet .disappointing as a little care and effort at minimal expense would make a huge difference. Had a massive concert in town, right outside which shaked the windows and was unable to sleep until 2am, hotel should advise of events like...

We even got the room earlier than expected. Very detailed oriented and helpful. The hotel is in a great location near the cathedral, cafes and shopping area.
