"I usually do not write bad reviews. We arrived at 3 pm, the owner was clearly bothered by our presence. He wanted to retain our Ids until the next day—a no go. The room had a temperature of 35 degrees and the a/c did not work. Our complaint was answered tha a/c only is available between 6pm and 5am. The hotel is situated in what looks like a war zone. Things I wish I had known, Expedia’s description says free breakfast and AC neither of which is true. The “bar” had really good espressos but restaurant food was lacking a tad. Average stay. Overall met my needs for two nights"
