"The hotel smells like food old day long. The bathroom was very small as well as the room. It is close to everything"

"It was clean, receptionist was so kind and welcoming and the best hotel in Lucerne. Highly recommend"

"Excelente ubicación cerca de estación, con buen espacio en habitación y limpieza. El desayuno muy rico. El baño es con tina y esta un poco reducido pero muy funcional. La atención de la recepcionista muy amable y explicó claramente toda la información."

"Good hotel very good breakfast and location"

"Good instructions for after-hours check-in. Room was big enough for 4 but the sofa bed was not comfortable and 1 of the 2 electric fans was broken. Bathroom was good size. Convenient location but please note there are no elevators."

"Loved location. Valerie at the front desk was amazing so was the other girl that worked there. Food excellent. Hotel rooms are a little worn out needs some work."

"This is a beautiful, clean, and very well-maintained property. We had an absolutely wonderful view and the location couldn't be better. They also have a great restaurant. The staff were some of the kindest, professional, and helpful we have experienced in a long time. This includes the restaurant staff as well."

"First the room was too small The customer service poor No tv. Coffee maker in the room In Swissterland is cold and no available essential customer needs"

"Sehr schönes Hotel, Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer gut, super Aussicht, dusche etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Kostenlose Parkplätze, schöner Garten direkt am Wasser."

Breakfast was available and it was very good. Staff were very helpful and I was able to check in early which was very much appreciated."
