"Great property"

"This hotel had about as much charm and character as a cinder block. Whoever decorated it must have been depressed. No color, design or joy. Not even a photo on the walls. Felt institutional ."

"Great accommodations and customer service!"

"The room was okay, but the cleanliness and service were disappointing. The toilet had visible stains, the towels were stained, and the TV had no internet connection. When I called the front desk for help, the response was, “I wish I had an answer for you.” Although he mentioned calling a technician, nobody ever showed up, and there was no follow-up. Got to our room and it smelt horrible, spider webs all over the windows, rubber band under the TV stand/desk and the bathroom toilet paper holder was falling off the wall and the pool was under maintenance, which would have been...

"Nice, new hotel with a great location and free staff. The rooms were modern and clean. We missed breakfast - but it looked good, plus they have a bar and offer in-room dining too."
