"The hotel is very well maintained and is ideally for a short term stay! We stayed for a night in the standard room - The room itself is modern - a coffee or tea maker would have been great to have. Also, the restroom didn’t have a vent, just an opening above and below the door which was kinda surprising. The gym is small and the infrared light cabin wasn’t working. The Sauna was the best part of the SPA area. Also, the hotel served breakfast in the morning which had everything we would ask for!...

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. We asked to change rooms as there was a stain on the carpet. They moved us quickly with an immediate apology and a lovely bottle of wine. The restaurant was very good. Would definitely stay there again "

"The room, breakfast, bed, bath, were all great. But we had trouble checking in at the kiosk. Had to call the number and got help from a nice lady. But it was frustrating!"

"The chef Kurt not only prepared outstanding meals but he went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He also provided us with useful local information that proved very helpful. Nadine also made us feel right at home from the night we arrived to the morning we departed. We felt we were leaving two friends behind. We did not like the check in! A hotel that is so excellent in every other way should have a live person to greet guests."

"Lovely quaint setting - extremely comfortable- not far from the train station. They stored our bags since we arrived before check in time - It was very quiet and the bathroom was updated - plenty of plugs - had a nice deep tub with a handheld shower. The breakfast buffet that was included was AMAZING!! There were plenty of tables - food choices and coffee options as well as Prosecco with various juices. Chur is a lovely little town - we felt very welcome and now back on the train to Zermatt !!"
