"The property is beautiful and has a super view of the village on the opposite hillside. The room was comfortable, large, and well decorated in a vintage style. Breakfast was very tasty. The staff were all friendly abd helpful. "

However, Ginette Restaurant was open one night and it was quite good. The location is fantastic for the cathedral. It is a bit of a walk to restaurants and shops in town but the walk is beautiful."

"Les Esclargies is a truly beautiful hotel perfectly located in Rocamadour. Martine, Adrien, and their team are magnificent and helpful hosts. Breakfast is superb, parking is easy and the design and location of Les Esclargies is in one of the most beautiful locations in France. "The kids loved the animals (pig, chickens, rabbit, donkeys, horse, goats, ram) right outside our door. Nice sized kitchen and living area. Toilet up and down stairs. Two rooms upstairs with comfortable beds and blankets. Pool was a bit cool but loved dry and wet sauna. It seemed they had many amenities but we were there in off season and they were not really explained to us. Like they had basketball courts but no ball… Tons of things to do close by: monkeys, dinosaurs, caves, castles, train "
