"We're celebrating our 26th anniversary and this place . This place made our experience magnificent. It was easy to connect with nature, and the interaction with all the animals was spectacular. Being able to touch and feed the giraffes was our favorite moment. The staff is very kind and helpful. The cabins are very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. We will definitely return to this place as often as we can."

"Nice room in a good location with an above average breakfast."

"I loved that there parking open and available here. The rooms were clean, the bed was super comfy . I was happy to also have a microwave available downstairs. The ice machine on my floor wasn’t working , so that was annoying. The shower pressure wasn’t that great , but the water was hot ! Overall this hotel is gr at for a night or two ! It’s comfy and quiet. I did not have breakfast during my stay ."

"Staff were super helpful rooms clean."

"Great all around"

"Pros; The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Con: The breakfast is pretty much like a snack area. The hard boiled eggs and sausages are like rubber bouncy balls. It would be nice to have a cereal not covered in sugar, Busses and semis take all the parking spaces if you come in late at night. They should park across the street at the mall."

I told her I did not mind a room with 2 queens but I am going into a training from 2pm-8pm so I'd like to check in and freshen up. She said, no rooms at all were ready. Really? 2 hours before check-in, not 1 room ready? She offered no other options and was not sincere when she said she could not do anything for me. I asked if I could freshen up in...

"Clean and quiet"

"Clean property"

"Prices are reasonable, but you get what you pay for. Carpets are filthy. Lights in bathrooms are very dim. Refrigerator not working and the floors surely have not been swept or mopped properly because there’s paper and hair on the floor. The rooms with no carpet are a bit more updated it seems (the flooring at least). Staff is very helpful, but this place needs some work. Breakfast is decent."
