"Very centrally located. Rooms were very acceptable."

"Got my room for a great price. A little dated but everything worked. The staff were great. I got a late check out at 1pm for 10 dollars. That is unheard but absolutely fantastic!!!"

"Got a late check out at 12pm for free. Awesome !!!"

"Very good location, less than 10 minutes from Melbourne Central by tram from a stop that's just a 2 minute walk away. Its also a very short walk to a 24/7 corner store that has good stock for a first night or small stay. The room was a lot smaller than we expected but comfortable enough for the 4 nights we stayed. For two people they provided us with 2 body towels, 2 face towels, and 1 set of shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion. This wasn't a problem for us because one of us brought out own...

"I suppose you pay for what you get. The location was amazing, in the middle of Melbourne and convenient to everything. The staff were very helpful. Sheets and towels were clean. The building, reception, entrance and room very old and tired. Bathroom was clean and bed comfortable. But. Windows broken, picture glass broken, so much dust on EVERYTHING, you could stuff 100s of soft toys. If you are looking for a great location this is it. But it is cheap and nasty"

"Staff were excellent on check-in and kindly gave me an upgrade from a single bed room to a double, which was mmuch appreciated. The room was clean and everything worked fine. Thank you!"

"The property wasn’t anything like the description. We had booked a family “deluxe” suite. It was listed as 1x queen and 1x double. Both beds were more like small doubles. Room service was suppose to be every 3 days - we were there 8 days and had no room service at all. The hotel its self is nice and staff are nice at reception. We spent most of our time out of the room because it was small and really wasn’t anything “deluxe” - there was also no outside seating - the balcony was locked and...

"The room was clean and very spacious. My stay was for one night so the close proximity to MCC was great."

"Very spacious apartment with large bathroom and living room and nice view. Good location, walkable to evewhere in the CBD. Check-in was challenging if you come after 6pm and reception has closed for the day. Make sure ti do the on line Check-in to receive your room number and key code. We didn't know this. Our flight arrived in the evening and we arrived at the location at 8pm when no one was there to help us. We were panicking. We had to call for help. Customer service on the phone was very...

"Absolutely fine for one night but not very clean and looked old and tired. The leatherlook couch was covered in stains and super uncomfortable. Linnen and towels were clean."

"Very happy with my stay"
