"The Mariner hotel was a great stay for us . So conveniently located in town . Clean and great breakfast! Would stay there again !"

"All staff were superb. Excellent breakfast and evening meal Nice and central to town Stayed here several times before and will do again"

"The room was fine and the setting peaceful, but the bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows super flat. Also no cold water in the shower??? The breakfast was good."

"Great location, very friendly team. Will definitely stay again!"

"Appena arrivati già ci viene voglia di scappare, la proprietaria ci informa che non possiamo entrare nella camera con le scarpe, sicuramente non conosce la micosi, ci dice poi che se vogliamo lasciare la finestra aperta dobbiamo spegnere la luce, la struttura si trova in un punto scomodo per spostarsi, ed è in mezzo al nulla. Abbiamo prenotato per tre notti ma siamo scappati dopo la prima. Assolutamente sconsigliato, rischiate di rovinarvi le vacanze."

"What a beautiful property."

"Beautiful, spacious property. Practical Details for Americans: they have a water kettle not a coffee pot, so purchase instant or bag coffee before you come, not beans or ground. They have a washer and dryer. You need to bring pods and be aware, it's a condenser dryer that takes about 2 hours to dry a verysmall load (5-6 items). Be sure to empty the dryer water tank. It's muddy on the property, so bring slippers or alternate shoes plus something to put your shoes in to protect your suitcase....

"Great place to stay"

"Fantastic. Wonderful place, extremely quiet, and super friendly hosts. Would definitely recommend this place or visit again. "

"Our stay was excellent. Beautiful cottage in an excellent location, close to Castlebar with good road connections for touring the beautiful county of Mayo. The hosts Declan and Laura are very welcoming and very accommodating. Absolutely lovely people. A real genuine "Cead Mile Failte" is felt here. We will definately return to stay at Cherry Tree Cottage, that is for sure! Derek Hanley, and family Dublin."

"This is an absolutely amazing stay. The hosts were great and provided us firewood and anything else we we needed. John took us fishing and it was awesome. Highly recommend!"

"Excellent apartment on the south shore of Lough Corrib. Well equipped, comfortable, spotless accommodation, highly recommended. "
