It may be near beautiful native trees of the Otways, but they are not accessible. The property map provided is out of date and access to the waterfalls hasn't been maintained. "We booked for a init but on arrival found out that a small living room with kitchen amenities was downstairs and the dormitory style bedroom upstairs with the two not bein interconnected and the only way to access one from the other was through an outdoor staircase. We spoke to the owner who told us that there were other units in the complex which were a complete unit, which were not available at the time as they were not clean. "The room was clean and bathroom was nice heater wasnt easy to use so gave up and was cold and it was so loud due to windows not being sound prof And it was so cold the bed had a sheet and a polo fleace blanket on it and a spare blanket and thats it defanatly need too do better"
