"Everything was great except that I don’t think you should have to pay for a shuttle to go to the airport. You can get a shuttle free from the airport to the hotel but have to pay six or seven euro to get back to the airport."

"We were picked up from airport by car in 30 minutes. Everyone was nice and professional. Quiet area for walking. 150meters from S-Bahn stop. There is a Greek restaurant on the property. The food was great."

"Great location, walking distance to many attractions. Good room. Towels were not super clean, but overall a good deal. There was a lot of dust under the bed, but sheets were clean"

"The hotel is at a great location, the room is small but good enough for single however the A/C doesn’t seem to work properly. It is hot in the room"

"Parking was scarce. Some evenings we barely squeezed in a tight space for the night. Once we had to go into the overnight pay garage. You need more/better parking options."

"Hotel was clean today and spacious but area around was quite rough (just outside of Hbf so no surprises). Electronic check in on the street felt unsafe as all details could be seen by anybody passing. Would stay here again due to proximity to opera house and hotel itself was great. "
