Was able to store our luggage at reception on level 8 both before and after our stay which was amazing. "It was a great price & close to the Conference centre, a lovely quirky little hotel. Honest (I stayed in a 'Shoebox' room) but the bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing. I would recommend it and stay there again. The only down side was the half sized ironing board."
