"The hotel was very run down, but the staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was a bit on the short side. I got the feeling that the property had new owners and maybe there will be a renovation in the future. I really hope so because the location of the hotel is really nice. "

"Spa and restaurant were both closed the Friday evening that we spent here, which was disappointing. Instead, we visited a couple breweries in the area. The receptionist was wonderful and very helpful! The hotel itself was clean and had a cool forest theme inside. Would recommend for a spa getaway, but not the most ideal accommodation to check out downtown Gothenburg."

"The entrance & lifts looks dirty and dated, but the hotel rooms/reception are acutely 3star standard. Microwave in my room and plenty of food shops and restaurants provide food options. "
