"Breakfast is wonderful. The location is convenient. Anabel is very sweet and helpful. The only bug is the laundry facility. There’s only one washer and dryer. They’re locked inside a cross street locked building. And they don’t provide tooth brushes and slippers. Not even shampoo and conditioner. It’s a nice place to stay."

"This hidden gem in Zermatt is easily accessible a few blocks from the train station. The staff was exception. The pool and spa area is amazing. They also serve an outstanding complimentary breakfast each morning. If I get back to Zermatt again I will be staying here and highly recommend the hotel. "We arrived later than expected due to train cancellations and delays. The receptionist very kindly stayed and waited for us (I had emailed them to let them know). The dining room seated and served us even though it was close to the time to close down. The food was delicious!
