There is a concrete flower pot on a parking place not marked very low you do not notice it until you hit it and damage your car. I told the reception clerk he said Oh uou are not ghe only one but did noghing to mark it"

"The address with this property sent me and my partner to a very seedy area in mullhouse which frightened my partner and the hotel was nowhere to be found but eventually after much stress found a Ibis hotel. It ruined our frach alps trip on the motorcycle and i have no idea how to get my money back."
