"The rooms smelled really bad and staff were unkind."

"Very good value and will recommend Hotel Ora for anyone arriving fairly late at the airport and more sense to stay and not go into Seoul until the next day. As an English speaker I found some staff's English was not strong be we were able to communicate so not a real problem. If you get many foreigners staying it would be good to perhaps have more directions in English, use of TV, etc. Airport shuttle very good. For breakfast only a sandwich was available although that was very good."

"Air conditioner doesn’t work"

Could also improve on the flexibility of providing cleaning service (no need mention everyday need cleaning, make it an everyday cleaning exempt which day no need). Meals wise, healthy breakfast, more options...
