"Positives: There was a supply of everything we needed from soaps to rags and towels to dishes. The kitchen and bathroom were clean; the water is excellent, and the freezer dispenses both water and ice. There were live plants and a birdfeeder on the deck, and the grounds were well kept and mostly free of poison ivy. We had to microwave all meals, because the cookware was so damaged that we could not use it without the Teflon coating coming off in our food.
