"We enjoyed our one night stay at Hotel Hanasaari very much. It is a 15 minute scenic walk from the Kouvusaari Metro (once on the Metro, it is only a 10 minute ride to the main Helsinki Railway station). The room had a very comfortable bed, tea and coffee service, picture window with gorgeous water view, and a nice bathtub. Breakfast was very satisfying with good variety. "チェックイン時間外に到着したので、部屋の使い方や建物の入り口の説明などが一切なく、まず、エントランスが見つけづらかった。 wifiのパスワードも、サウナ付きだったが、サウナのスイッチや設定の説明など、基本的な案内がまったくなかった。 問い合わせしても、返信をオフィスが開く時間まで待たなければならなかった。 外出の際、カギを部屋に置いて出てしまったため、緊急連絡先に電話したところ、4時間後のオフィスが開く時間まで待てと言われた。それでは緊急連絡先の意味がないし、その日は出発日で、フライトの予約もあったのに、電話を一方的に切られた。その後2回電話したが、留守電対応になった。ひどい対応としか言いようがない。 このことはオフィススタッフには伝え済みで謝罪されているが、ここへの滞在はおすすめできない。"
