"Great location, good price, exceptional staff. We stayed for two nights before flying home and the lady at the reception desk asked us how we had found the room, street noise and if she could do anything for us. We asked if we could get a coffee and she not only provided this in the breakfast area but showed us how to use the coffee machine and then made us two coffees. It's a small thing but I really meant a lot to us."

"Other guests are out till late and come back rowdy, shouting, and throwing up! Not something you want to be listening too while you try to sleep! Happens till roughly 5am so make sure you have a little drink to help you sleep 😂 nothing to be expected of considering the bars are out side! The music goes on till late but the rooms quietened down once you close the doors and windows! "

"We loved our room the studio suite. So clean and cute! The kitchen very nice as well as both table set up very nicely. Only drawback for me was I am a vegan and there were no milk options for coffee. Some fruit but the pastries always looked so good. Fresh rolls were vegan and good. My husband and I did have trouble walking so far 2 times a day into old town for both lunch and dinner. We are getting old and were tired from 2 months of heavy walking in Lisbon. Wish I booked a little...

"The hotel is a basic 3 star hotel conveniently situated to the town centre. The staff speak reasonable English. The room was basic but did have air con and a small fridge. There is a small swimming pool on the roof with 8 or so sun loungers. Breakfast is a bit non plus but edible. 4 stars rather than 5 as one day we had no hot water in the morning."
