"Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was above expectations and very clean. The bed was very comfortable! I would love to stay there again."
"The room and property were well appointed and a short walk from the square. Quiet and easy check-in. Had a bit of a snafu but management took care to resolve it quickly.
Nothing fancy, but tidy and everything you’d need."
"Great location, good hotel, overall recommend this property.
Only low points, the toilet bowl was stained and the cleaning crew opened the door even though we said no.
A part from that, brilliant stay"
"The location was ideal. In the center of everything. Restaurant/bar attached with outdoor seating. Good food and wine, inexpensive! Awesome wine bar across the street. Next to the tram, hop on hop off buses and tourism office. 3 blocks to the river and one block to the opera house and Rue Saint Catherine shopping. We had 2 family rooms that were very spacious. Clean and neat with daily service. The elevator is SMALL. Two days there were gross smells in the hallways and elevator, but not in...
Verder alles keurig. Bedden slapen lekker. Personeel vriendelijk. Aanrader!"
"Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Preis-Leistung passt. Einfaches, aber gutes Frühstück. Zimmer klein, aber sauber. Bad macht einen neuen Eindruck."
"The room was clean! Staff were so helpful in both English and French! The breakfast was outstanding!!!!! We loved the location beside the train and the restaurants near there as well! Will stay again for sure!"
