"Cute hotel! Lovely bar and fun decor. Wouldn’t stay there again because the area it is in is a bit sketchy (the street specifically) and the only view options are 2 buildings straight across from you on both sides . "

"Super hotel right opposite rail station. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast and helpful staff. It has much more charm than the many nearby chain hotels. Very easy ride to the centre on the tram just outside station. For the price I couldn’t fault it. I was at front of hotel and there can be some noise from people talking outside, but it’s a station so to be expected, and I liked the sound of trams passing by."

"Lovely hotel in the old part of town in Bordeaux. Very centrally located. The room was just renovated. It was small. The closet area had been converted into a bathroom. A little tight for two people plus suitcases. A couple of suitcase foldable benches would have been helpful. Otherwise, lovely and charming. "

"We had to switch rooms because our AC was not working. In the new room the bathroom was dirty and the shower had cracks in it. Hard to get an Uber out to the hotel, so recommend having your own car. Got the breakfast once, but quantity of food (food not restocked) was limited."

"One night stopover en route to Portugal. The hotel is easily found and not far from the main route down to northern Spain. Lots of parking. Good service at reception and a nice room, very clean and comfortable. Excellent dinner in the restaurant and a nice breakfast that set us up for the next days travel. Lovely staff, all very helpful and very service oriented. Would definitely recommend."

"All staff were friendly and very helpful. Continental breakfast was very good, better than we anticipated. Great location for transport as tram just 100 meters up the road. Bathroom a little awkward but does the job. Room clean. Will definitely use this hotel again."

The hotel is situated very conveniently at Gare Saint Jean and is a twenty minute walk to the city centre conveniently passing the Marche de Capuchins on the way. In this instance what I paid did not represent good value for me and I was given an adjoining room separated only a very thin door and it contained a very noisy neighbour. "

"The service by the desk people were great. The bread choices in the breakfast was fantastic. The four-graon break was a hit. The room service by KLEA was excellent. The breakfast team was and reception were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is at a walking distance from the Saint-Jean train station when you can buses and the tramwayto the city center. They offer oarking for $15 euros per day. The outside is safe but does not like it. Plenty of road work outside is an issue. Merci pour votre...

"Very decent hotel. Clean, recently renovated, great shower, and good climate control. Friendly staff. The hotel is in a mostly light industrial area with very few dining options, especially Sun-Mon."
