"The Facility is clean all the way around. The front desk staff was friendly, courteous and helpful with local questions. Everyone I spoke with spoke English so that was very helpful. The area is right across the train station and easy public transportation access but at the same time causes a lot of outside noise. I personally don’t mind since I’m from a big city but overall I would stay here again."

It was eventually straightened out, then they realized that we had overpaid and refunded our credit card. All was well. The room was comfortable, clean and had ample space. "This property is pretty good for the value. I really like the easy check-in and -out. It's a 15 minute metro bus ride from the Hamburg Central Station. And the bus stops right outside the hotel (a plus). I didn't find this inconvenient (this is coming from a person who likes to walk everywhere. FYI, it takes about 30 minutes to walk. "The only complaint is the space of the shower. Although I know that it is pretty normal for any generic German hotels, I think that they could still do some arrangement, such as relocation of soup bottles, to give a little more freedom for showerers. Anyway, the amount of water and pressure are excellent! "
