"Quiet"

"We have stayed at the hotel before and enjoyed each stay. Staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are very comfortable with a good shower. I take my own hairdryer now as the one in the bathroom is fixed and no real power but that is the only criticism. This visit they had run out of gluten free bread but I had some with me and they forgot to switch on the egg boiler so no eggs for breakfast today. The evening meal was delicious as usual and excellent value for money. We will be back! "

"Although there seemed to be only one gent alone looking after the hotel, he was kind enough to go and search in the store cupboards for us to find us a baby bed which we were supposed to have requested in advance. Secure garage was very useful, with the door remotely operated from reception. A bit tired, and perhaps not in the best area of Calais, but didn’t seem too bad. Perfectly functional if you need a stop off before the ferry. "

"Good quality budget hotel - breakfast very good except for awful coffee from a machine - which I have complained about all through this trip. Have the french lost pride in serving good coffee."

"Well positioned to stroll along the Wimereux River to the lovely seafront, beach and restaurants. Pristinely clean room and very comfortable bed and en suite bathroom. Would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room ie kettle and cups but this was a lovely 3 star charming hotel"

"We arrived late [later then planned] - there was a lady at reception welcoming and explaining where to park and corridor to our room. The room was a little surprising - bed were good - bathroom a little small. There was no water cooker to make a tea - no mugs to have a drink. The TV has only French programs [no other languages [no English no German no Spanish and no Dutch]. I would have look at my laptop but we were not given a wifi code. Not an issue for us as we just were on our way back and...
