"My stay was okay. I had to switch to a different room at some point because when it was raining outside, water was leaking from the ceiling into the room. My first room didn't have hot water. I said so to someone from the staff who checked the water tank downstairs and said it should be fine and never went to my room to fix it. There wasn't an extra roll of toilet paper and I had to ration to make through a night. The reception is rarely staffed so it made dealing with all these issues...

"Breakfast was pretty good pool was freezing but it was October staff was fantastic room was clean bed great bathroom a little tight. All in all loved the place would recommend to anyone 8.5 out of 10"
