"We had a great time at Hotel Kristina in Imperia for the 2nd time.The staff is very nice and helpfull and the breakfast was great with cakes, croissants and fresh coffee etc. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was big (we had an oceanview room). We would book it again. It's very central and everything is walking distance. Please visit the restaurant Del Tempo Perduto which is close by!"

"Nice and cozy hotel. It looks like the hotel has been there fora long time. It's an old-styled building with charm. The room was nice and clean with a big balcony, although the shower head was a little broken so only the center stream worked and the AC so loud we turned it off. "I put the hotel name in my SatNav, it took me to a blocked street. I got out, walked around, eventually finding the hotel. At the hotel, check-in was poor, I got my car, came back and was met by somebody who, well, did nothing. I joined a long queue of elderly folk settling their accounts, and once at the front, the guy who did nothing then seeks to check me in - after I have waited.... The room had AC, but could only go as low as 19C, so it took a long time to cool, the room was hot & sticky. So sticky I took my shirt off and sat on the bed with my laptop on my knee to work. I could not get the WiFi to work, so had to hotspot via my cellphone. During this time, my naked back was against the bed's headboard which had a foam/plastic covering. When I moved, this stuck to me, peeling off the headboard, I had to scrape it off my back! When I checked out I spoke of these things to the reception.....they laughed at me."
