"We booked 2 AC Rooms back in March for 2 days. When we arrived, the staff looked surprised we are there until we showed the reservation and the receipt. "Positive: Great location, good staff and decent breakfast. Negative: Old communist era hotel with an attempt to update. Room was 27.5 C when we arrived. When we set the thermostat to cool it heated the room to 30.5! The only option was to sleep with the window wide open to get the room back to 27. Pillows are horrible clumps of stuffing. Despite the great location and kind staff I would never stay here again."
