"This hotel is delightfully quirky. Rooms are interesting and well equipped. Biggest shower I had in Switzerland, great location between the clock tower and train station. There is a huge lounge with multiple living rooms and a full kitchen and fridge for guests. And free coffee drinks. I recommend for short and longer stays."
"Es un hotel muy bonito el desayuno me encantó muy completo y las habitaciones cómodas. Su ubicaciones es quizá un poquito lejos pero el transporte de Berna lo resuelve además q te dan una tarjeta de transporte gratis"
"The room provided to the family of 4 was really spacious and the staff was amazing and very close to the train station which is really a factor if you have few check in luggage with you. The food was amazing and really feels safe and very clean and well maintained. I will surely want to stay longer if possible."
"I liked my 5th floor room. It was fun to look out the window when the bells were ringing and to see the sunriseand sunset. The room we was clean and there were many shops, restaurants, and a couple of ice cream shops."
"Walking distance many great restaurants. Great breakfast onsite. Staff helpful when elevator under repair (repair was very quick) and with bus questions. Pleasant stay."
"Very comfortable beds and great room for families.
Not much dinner options locally so maybe plan ahead!
Bathrooms need a bit of upkeep but a great price."
"Der geschlossene Veloraum war praktisch, gut zugänglich und sogar mit Steckdose für Elektrovelos ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Das Frühstücksbuffet, verfügbar ab 7 Uhr, war hervorragend und die Terrasse ein schöner Zusatz. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Besonders positiv aufgefallen sind die netten Gespräche mit dem zuvorkommenden Personal."
"room was smaller than expected and DIFFICULT to get to. We had to walk through the breakfast room with our luggage to get to the room!!! And then you had to lug your bag up about 6 steps to get to the elevator to take you to your floor. Would not stay here again for that reason. Air conditioning cuts off at night."
"The gentleman who checked us in did a superb job giving us all the information that we would need, much appreciated! Bern hotel stays include a voucher for the tram, and the number 9 tram runs nearby and often and it is a great way to get to and from the old town. We chose this hotel for the parking availability which worked well as we arrived early in the afternoon. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was satisfying. Beautifully colored shells of the hard boiled eggs!
We were very...
"I stayed at the new Annex so everything is nice and Zen. There are no toiletries so please take note. It is really just opposite of Neuchatel station separated by a small road. If I were to nickpick, I hope that they can rotate at least one of the dishes at breakfast. I stayed facing the river. Oh, it has air conditioning that works how you want it to be so it will be great for Summer."
"Great location; Enjoyed a delicious dinner with 4 Swiss friends in their restaurant.
I suggest if this hot spell continues, they offer just a plain sheet on the bed, besides the quilts."
