"This hotel is delightfully quirky. Rooms are interesting and well equipped. Biggest shower I had in Switzerland, great location between the clock tower and train station. There is a huge lounge with multiple living rooms and a full kitchen and fridge for guests. And free coffee drinks. I recommend for short and longer stays."
"Quiet, secluded, small hotel with a lovely garden and even its own fountain playing. There’s an Indian restaurant around the back and other facilities nearby. A delightful walk into town and from behind the Federal Palace fine views may be had across the River Aahre and over to Alpine peaks half covered in snow in the autumn. "I liked my 5th floor room. It was fun to look out the window when the bells were ringing and to see the sunriseand sunset. The room we was clean and there were many shops, restaurants, and a couple of ice cream shops."

Das Frühstücksbuffet, verfügbar ab 7 Uhr, war hervorragend und die Terrasse ein schöner Zusatz. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. "room was smaller than expected and DIFFICULT to get to. We had to walk through the breakfast room with our luggage to get to the room!!! And then you had to lug your bag up about 6 steps to get to the elevator to take you to your floor. Would not stay here again for that reason. Air conditioning cuts off at night."
"I stayed at the new Annex so everything is nice and Zen. There are no toiletries so please take note. It is really just opposite of Neuchatel station separated by a small road. If I were to nickpick, I hope that they can rotate at least one of the dishes at breakfast. I stayed facing the river. Oh, it has air conditioning that works how you want it to be so it will be great for Summer."
