"Très bien situé, près de la gare, accueillant, personnel sympathique, et boissons tels que thé, café, tisanes a discrétion toute la journée dans le hall.
En revanche, version minimale dans les chambres, 2 oreillers au total, et 1 bouteille d’eau, pas de bouilloire ou plateau de courtoisie, pas d’amenities dans la salle de bain (juste un distributeur de savon mains et un distributeur de gel douche, pas de body lotion, shower cap…). Néanmoins silencieux et lits confortables.

"Review for an overnight stay booked shortly before arriving in Aachen. Travelling by car the sat nav picked the sister Art Hotel Superior instead! Not unusual. The correct Comfort hotel is not far from it. Not very clear from the road, sits behind a car wash!
That said, check in was straightforward, friendly and efficient. The room was OK, bathroom/shower very clean. Liked the in-room safe, shame no tea/coffee machine. Small balcony. Bad weather meant we did not try to get into the city centre...
"Excellent location with nearby restaurants and in walking distance from the historic city hall (Rathaus) and the Aachen Cathedral UNESCO World Heritage Site. Lovely clean and quiet streets."
"Henkilökunta todella hyvä. Hotellin sijainti hyvä. Itse hotelli on kuulunut. Huoneessa ei ole ilmastointia, kuumana päivänä se oli ongelma. Ikkunan pitäisi olla koko yön auki ja oli hyvin meluisa."
"Alle Räumlichkeiten waren sehr sauber. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Küche wurde lediglich ein Backofen vermisst. Parkmöglichkeiten waren direkt am Hotel reichlich vorhanden. Lediglich aber nur für 90 Minuten ohne Kosten. Ein Parkhaus (parken frei) ist ca. 2-3 Gehminuten entfernt."
"Fijn verblijf. Vriendelijk ontvangst en goede service. Eenvoudige kamer, wel van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijk ontbijt.
Beperkte parkeergelegenheid voor de deur van het hotel. Gelukkig is er aan het begin van de straat een openbare parkeerplaats."
