They also decided to change all the door handles during the stay which we were not informed about at check in which was also very loud and continued late into the evening. "

"We arrived at the hotel and promptly got told that our room isn’t available due to the weather. There had been a thunderstorm as we landed, however why was it only our room that was affected? We got moved to a different hotel. Disappointed as we obviously booked that hotel because we wanted to stay there."
