"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the train station and close to everything in the city. Check-in was smooth and efficient, although it was self-service. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. One of the highlights was the terrace with its stunning mountain views, it was the perfect place to relax. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"Lovely unpretentious hotel in the heart of Chur. Room was basic but perfect for my one night stay. The bed was comfortable. Shower was hot and powerful. Breakfast was excellent and varied. Plenty of restaurants and bars. I would definitely stay again. Note. No kettle in the room."

"The hotel is older but most of it has been renovated. We just stayed one night before we went to Tirano on the train. The room was clean and the hotel was close to the train station. We dealt with a young woman on the desk in the morning and she was polite and helpful. I also thought I had left something in the room and when I phoned they were very willing to go check for it. They promptly phoned back and let me know it wasn’t there. Thankfully I found I had packed it in a different place"

"The hotel in immaculate and well appointed. The coffeehouse attached has a wonderful breakfast with great service. The walls are thick concrete so it is absolutely quiet; I never heard noise (voices and doors closing) in the hall or out on the street. There is a lovely balcony with table and 2 chairs and a useful ceiling fan. The location is ideal for walking to the center of town and for the bus stop for busses to the hiking trails and to Sargens, Switzerland, if leaving via Zurich. I can recommend this hotel without reservation."
