"Cute family run small hotel in an Austrian village. Location is stunning and convenient to visit many attractions. We had no issues checking in with the proactive self check in instructions and the rooms were perfect. Only trouble was carrying our luggage up 2 floors of stairs and the loud hallways/stairs when going in and out. Overall loved the stay and would recommend to others."
"Room was impossible to find. Instructions miserable. No usb ports. Parking close by was always full and we had to park at least 3 properties away (of course in pouring rain). Internet instructions were wrong"
"Our room looked tired- furniture needs updating, lots of it but all well used...needs replacing urgently because the rooms are quiet expensive. Expected a bit more luxury."
"The staff were outstanding, especially Gonzalo!!The breakfast is wonderful! Our room on the top floor was a bit cramped, and bed was uncomfortable, but the view was great and the service and staff made up for it. Just make sure you book a large room."
"Comfortable stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Only bad experience was not the hotel's fault. We had booked a taxi - the only firm on the subsidised Lech scheme - but the driver cancelled without bothering to inform us. I stress, this was not the hotel's fault, but beware of Taxi USO."
"Cozy hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Brilliant location just next to bus stops for local buses, that the hotel guests could use for free. An easy walking distance also to the castles. Good breakfast with fresh fruits and filter coffee. On the minus side, a rather strong smell of cow manure outside of the hotel and on the balcony. Also, no AC in the room."
"Zimmer top neu renoviert, echt klasse.
