"Older style of hotel with incredible staff and excellent value for the money. Large lobby areas where we saw travelers and families with kids playing while adults enjoyed drinks from the in-house pub and conversation. Rooms were spacious. Breakfast was top notch with staff brewing coffee and tea to order. Staff even took time to help us puzzle out complex travel situations."

"After 4 days , we had to be moved to Courtyard Manor in town i guess to the got sold and we had to pack up they were tearing up the rooms and making it a homeless shelter we had no idea that was going to happen to us , the courtyard was ok but not what we wanted.
Thank you
But Lexilip manor is no longer available to stay there."

"The staff are amazing, so helpful above and beyond. Accommodate any request , have traveled many places this was truly the best staff ever. Including the breakfast staff wonderful people. Went from Canada for a wedding, made our experience wonderful. Thanks Castle Arch!"

"We tried to call reception at night as we had an issue with the bed allocation, but despite ringing twice, noone answered the phone.
No additional bedding in room if required, and I do think that reception should be manned 24hrs or at least an emergency number provided"

"We had a lovely stay at Firecastle. Kildare is a magical area with lots to do and see in walking distance. The room we stayed in was beautiful and well appointed, breakfast was delicious and the staff were all really nice. I highly recommend Firecastle."
