"Food is below standard beds are great wish there would be a small fridge. Rooms are clean serviced"

"All was well with one issue. Parking is at an offsite location and not orchestrated very well by staff. When I checked in, I was asked to add the parking and pay. Ok, no problem. Next day the garage wouldn’t let me leave and said I hadn’t paid. I had to hike back to hotel and was informed I needed to pay for parking, for which I had already paid. I’m not sure how they fix this, but it’s not a good tourist feeling."

"Clean room with elevator to get to it. Kind staff. Drinks available at the reception desk and nice lounge. Walking distance to the centre of town."

"We booked it for an overnight layover. Room was clean and checkin was easy."

"The room was the smallest I have ever stayed in. However it did contain all the facilities we needed and was clean. The safe had been pulled from the wall and the fridge socket was pulled out. The reception staff said they would be mended next day but they weren't. The breakfast was excellent and so was the location. The staff were very nice."

"I liked everything about this place. Location is great near the train station and museums. Great breakfast & nice clean rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Excellent location; accessible almost directly outside the exit of the Main Train Station. The hotel is a nice combination of old and new: keeping the old character while adding some modern features in a typical much appreciated European way. Very good breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. The Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. From the hotel the Copenhagen city center is within walking distance. It feels safe everywhere."
