"Great location, easy check in process and friendly staff. Great facilities and communal areas were spotlessly clean. Listing suggested there was no washing machine but there was one in the apartment. Apartment itself was a great size if a little dated; however, you get what you pay for and this was great value for money in my opinion."
"Une super expérience ! L’hôtel est vraiment bien placé, super propre et bien équipé. La piscine change vraiment la donne : elle est vraiment immense avec une vue magnifique ! Le buffet le matin est vraiment bon et pratique pour ne pas se prendre la tête. L’ensemble du personnel est super agréable et très accueillant."
"Room was fairly run down, air con not working when arrived, although was fixed with a call to maintenance. Cockroaches were in the bathroom on 2 occasions, as well as out on the patio.
Ceiling fan made a racket when turned on. Closest neighbours smoking weed out on patio all day and night with no approach from staff so whole pool area stank.
Plus points were breakfast buffet and proximity to main centre"
"Bon hotel pour une nuit
Pas de réception physique, juste un ordinateur pour obtenir une carte ou un code
Ils m’ont redemandé le paiement alors qu’il était déjà fait sur expédia …
Mais un appel visio avec un opérateur a tout arrangé
Donc très bien dans l’ensemble
Place de parking très dur à trouvé !!!"
"Nice location with beautiful views and easy access to the beach and town. The hotel was pleasant overall, but an important heads-up for future guests: the rooms do NOT have air conditioning. This was not clear to us at the time of booking and significantly affected our comfort. I recommend confirming this before booking, especially during the warmer months."
"A beautiful hotel in an amazing place
Loved our stay for one night before climbing Teide
My only comment would be food Provision - the restaurant is beautiful but the menu is expensive and limited. There is a cafe bar but that stops serving food at 5pm
Particularly for hikers more choice at a more reasonable price (or cafe open longer) would be great"
"Soggiorno molto positivo e camera spaziosa.
Personale molto gentile, camere belle, cibo buono. Siamo stati molto soddisfatti!"
"This is a beautiful, peaceful spot away from the tourist bustle of the coast. The hotel has excellent facilities and the staff were all extremely helpful & friendly.
Situated just outside Teide National Park, it is an ideal base for exploring."
"Very nice clean apartment. Pleasant pools. Helpful staff.
Improvement recommendations: Invite them to be more mindful of people sleeping in the morning when they push their cleaning trolleys or trolley of clean clothes as would wake us up before 8am which is not nice when on holiday."
"Great place to stay. Only 2 negative comments, first, entertainment was limited to 1 hour ???? We are on holiday and would like to dance and sing, and enjoy our evenings Second, food was basic at the restaurant, burgers, ect. We ended up eating at a nearby restaurant where the staff were so friendly and the menu was just unbelievable for the price. Apart from that it was a good place to stay but not knowing that los gigantes is built on the hillside you need to be prepared for a pleasant walk...
"Great staff and location the fans in the bedroom are way to noisy I couldn’t sleep they are that bad seriously need aircon or minimum change them wall mounted fans asap ."
