"Out of the 5 different places we stayed on our trip, this has to be #1. After a bumpy drive, on a beautiful cobblestone road to the top of the hill, we checked in at reception and they spoke pretty good English. When we got to our room, it was with a view of the top of the jungle, and it was spectacular. We headed to the restaurant for drinks and had a lovely time looking at the gorgeous view and talking to the staff.

"El Hotel Kelly Centro Histórico tiene una ubicación muy accesible para visitar Santa Ana. El personal fue excelente: todos nos atendieron con mucha amabilidad y disposición.
Como sugerencia de mejora, el baño necesita una limpieza más cuidadosa, especialmente las llaves del agua y sus orillas, donde se notaba acumulación de suciedad. Fuera de ese detalle, tuvimos una buena experiencia y agradecemos mucho la atención del personal."

The view was spectacular but when we were led to our room, it was literally under the pool dining area. It felt like a cave. When we turned the hot tub water on it had a very bad smell so we did not use. The room was spacious with a kitchenette that we did not use, only the fridge. The bed was a king but the sheets smelled and there was only a light sheet/...
"The food was delicious and we waked the garden while we waited for our food. Very clean and service was great! I would definitely recommend this place."
"Overall the room was charming. I was traveling with a diabetic so we needed a refrigerator in the room. The room had everything except a fridge. That was the only missing comfort. I had nowhere to store the insulin in a cold place. Had to use an ice box to keep insulin cold. But the room was cute and comfortable. If you do not need a fridge. This is a very frugal stay. Parking was very convenient. Overall good 👍 for the price."
