"It was in a fantastic location and our room was upgraded to a sea view with a balcony. Victor that was on reception was so helpful nothing was too much trouble. He also shown us to our room giving us a guided tour. I would definitely recommend these apartments and thank Victor for his hospitality"
"We were pleased with our stay. Note it, to get a breakfast we needed to go to another place. This was within a short walking distance. In that place we could stay all day long, having fun by a couple of different pools surrounded by tropical style garden.. It was pleasant!"

We asked for access to the safe upon arrival, the man on the front desk said they would be right up to open it for us, we were waiting for over an hour. On our first night there, there was a strange man waiting outside our corridor offering prostitution, which was concerning. When it came to checking out...
"the hotel is lack of information of everything. I been asking them about taxi or how to book one, but they just ignore and don't give me what is good place to go or direction."
"I was not a fan of this hotel. How does a hotel not have blankets on a bed? That is very odd to me. I had to ask three times for blankets for the bed. No one "staffed" the cafe/ bar area. If you wanted anything, you had to go to front desk and ask for help. There were no ice machines. If I wanted ice, I had to ask for it and it was like you were asking for some special request item. The restaurant on site was only open for dinner from 8-10. I guess that's normal for Spain, but it was...
