"I have never written a negative feedback. This situation was different. I landed in Santiago at 9am with 17 hour unexpected layover time and I wanted to find a place to sleep. I found this hotel and called them from the airport asking if they have a room to check me in and I was going to leave later on the same day. Without staying overnight. They told me there is a room. "Clean room, all the amenities, convenient parking. Helpful staff. We could not get an early check in, but the hotel was very busy."

"Superó nuestras expectativas. Sus calles son muy bonitas, la localización es excelente y tuvimos muy buena comunicación con el anfitrión. A la habitación no le hacía falta nada; tenía todo lo necesario. También me encantó el sistema de doble seguridad para entrar. Además, mientras más alto está el cuarto, menos ruido se escucha durante la noche."

"La estadia estuvo muy bien, sin embargo tuvimos problemas de communicacion al inicio ya que nuestra habitacion no tenia las caracteristicas que habiamos solicitado antes de llegar, a la cual respondieron previo que todo estaba de acuerdo. De todas maneras fueron muy rapidos para resolver."
