"It's a simple hotel, not in a derogatory way. It's an inexpensive option. The hotel is clean and the staff is very helpful. The location is perfect for dining and shopping in old town, five minute walk, and the main train station is just over five minutes away as well."

Expedia advertises that you have to check in at a different location but we did not have to do that as property had front desk. The lobby reeked like cigarette, unsure if coming from outside or the bar/restaurant. Smaller hotel room but modernly renovated. Washroom is very tight as I noticed with all the washrooms in EU. Had blowdryer, free small toiletries - soap & shampoo but no conditioner. Bes and pillows were...

"Great location. This property is steps from any train that will take you anywhere. The staff at this hotel are extremely friendly and helpful (provided ice for us, held our luggage, helped us with directions). Our only 1 concern was with the beds, which were very hard. I awoke each morning feeling a little sore. "

"The hotel is in a great location close to HB and on a tram/bus route. There are no staff on site and entry, check-in and check-out are done online. The room was clean and comfortable. I had a couple of maintenance issues which I contacted management about, and they were quick to reply, but not resolved, but I only stayed 1 night"
