"Property was basic but very clean with all amenities. The bar/bistro was well priced with good hours. The shuttle service was excellent. Highly recommend. Will be staying again."

"1 night stay as had early morning flight so was what we expected for the price. Staff very helpful as needed ground floor room due a disability. Couldn’t find remote for tv and no buttons on unit to turn it on. "

"Just a quick overnight stay. Tiny room, but the bed was comfortable, the tv was big, the water pressure was strong and I had a good view. It’s close to the 86 tram and other transport too. Staff are friendly and helpful. 24hr gym. Small restaurant and an outdoor pool (seasonal). Be aware with this category of room though, that there is no kitchenette area and thus, no cups, plates, bowls, glasses or utensils. I didn’t realise, so I had to knick out and buy some disposable stuff for the snacks...

"Comfortable clean room. Good value. Only complaints were a very noisy air conditioner, and a lack of any cutlery or a microwave in the room. Other than that, it was a pleasant place to stay "

"So. #1 it is a very cost effective clean new property in a fantastic Essendon location. I had to get my head around there being communal shower and toilet facilities, and no wardrobe, but once I travelled back in time in my mind to my Uni days, it was a very agreeable stay and I would definitely stay there again. Especially as the nearest alternative was a dingy outdated motel (but they did have a private bathroom!)."
