Do yourself a favor...don't wait until you're sitting in the parking lot at 9:00 pm, trying to get in, to translate the message. It all worked out, though, and we had a wonderful time. "This hotel prides itself on its sustainable practices. Food is sourced onsite (it's a working farm and vineyard) or locally. Great location overlooking Lake Constance. An added bonus was that it is the historical home where Napoleon III grew up. Close to Konstanz, Rheinfall, and other locations. Or you can just relax and walk the paths on the property. As seems to be the case at all Swiss hotels, the staff were extremely helpful. "

"In general is was an excellent hotel with great staff. The description may have been a bit deceiving as we had a shared eating and kitchen space. I don't recall that in the description. I also didn't realize we weren't in the main building but were put in an out building"
