"This hotel is quirky, but not necessarily in a good way. Large reception area with receptionist hidden behind a computer screen at a high table - not creating a good first impression. Unusual decor, not to everyone's taste. Room and bathroom fine. Kettle and some coffee provided. Breakfast OK, but pastries tough!! Good location."

"First night had room 423- very small, not updated and noisy as right next to the lift. The staff kindly moved me the next day and were very helpful. It’s a great place to stay, close to the centre, buses and metro. Very friendly staff working in all aspects of the hotel. I would book again… but not if room 423!"

"The hotel staff are entirely professional & most are at least bilingual in english & spanish - my strong recommendation for english speakers is to acquire a bit of spanish before arriving, it'll go a long way towards everyone's comfort level. This hotel is in an area near several popular plazas & the Alhambra complex, but amazingly it's VERY quiet after 10 PM. Their 4th floor terrace restaurant is excellent & you can take out items from there to your room. This hotel is a definite 4.5 star...

"Wonderful Hotel! Located on a pedestrian square, just steps from the cathedral. Close to many sites and public transport. It was a very comfortable place to stay in Granada. The room was lovely and pink and the view was AMAZING! The room and bathroom were well stocked and there was an A/C that you can control. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall a lovely hotel that’s in an amazing location!"

"Set in a busy but quiet nook of the city, check-in and out went as expected with friendly staff, great breakfast at a reasonable price, and a clean and quiet room. We appreciated the elevator. Be ready to haul your luggage up a flight of stairs to enter. We really liked it!"

"We stayed in their best room and it was quite a treat to look up at ceilings and architecture from the 15th century while being able to see the Alhambra from the window. The location is also a 10 minute walk from the city center and 15 minute walk to the Alhambra."

"Smallish modern hotel with good facilities near all the attractions in central Granada. Comfortable, clean room, with a little balcony. Good wifi and bathroom. No tea or coffee making facilities though. Very welcoming and helpful reception staff. Overall a great stay."

"The "suits" had an average size. The cleaning was shocking. There were a lot of hairs in the shower when we arrived and they don't clean,change the towels or empty the bin unless you ask. Location is good"
