Expedia sent us a download stating we had a ground floor room but when we arrived no room was available,we needed the room because of mobility issues so very dissapointed with Expedia. However the good people at the venue got us the room we needed next day and were wonderful to us for the whole of our stay. "

Would definitely say its for families as opposed to couples though - several children there and if you are wanting to get away for peace and quiet although it still is very peaceful location its not the same as a couples retreat, especially when in the spa/swimming pool.
