"Very nice place to stay, wish it had been advertised that a ferry was required to be taken to get there."

"The room was very clean with good parking underneath the rooms as most rooms are on 2nd level, with air conditioning and modern bath and new beds."

"Helpful staff, clean room, central location. I was able to charge my EV overnight for a small fee."

"All good, the laundry being locked, and no dryer was the only downside. Lovely location"

"Nice clean and cozy room, parking is easy but tight if you have a big car or 4wd"

"Good location, staff on front desk were helpful. Some parts of the resort look a bit tired, could do with a birthday. The pool area is being upgraded and will be great when complete."

"It had everything we needed and a lively location"

"bad experience"

"Pros: Clean basic accomodation, great value for money. Parking outside the room. Con: Noise from the road."

"the cabin was good for a short stay"

"Very comfortable cabin with all amenities and dog friendly. Location is fantastic close to the Shaws Bay Hotel, Beaches and Ballina town center. Will definitely stay here again."

"Lovely stay. Thank you"

"The reason for only 4 stars is because of a couple of avoidable hazards. The wheels on the bed were sticking out and painful when toes got stubbed on them a few times. Also hit the top of the head on the pointed corner of the bathroom shelf which was just above the bin which one had to bend down to use."
