"I believe this Hotel used deceptive and false Advertisement for three bookings. They intentionally did not disclose that the room I reserved had no window! It was like walking into a prison cell. For $25 a night which is in line with its competitors which offer a room with a window " normal room" they deceptive Ad made me not only lose money but go into a panic attack since I am claustrophobic, horrible few minutes o my life traveling in a foreign country. Their young staff offered a cancelation...
"They advertise breakfast is included so people rely on that information and plan accordingly. Unfortunately that's not true, they fail to inform guests even upon arrival that they have construction going on and that breakfast is not available. We would have booked a different hotel in a more convenient location. They are dishonest. We don't recommend. "
"Trop de chiens dans ce petit espace ,pas de restaurant, juste une livraison en chambre, pas de café au petit déjeuner après une mauvaise nuit avec les chiens du propriétaire ,loin du centre, vite parti."
"We have very bad experience with the booking as when we reach the hotel, we will told that they did not receive our booking from Hotel.com and did not honor us the room. We have to pay to the hotel in cash for another booking. As we book for 3 room for 3 nights and they only have 2 nights for us. The first night was ok and was told to check out on the 2nd day as they will upgrade us to a superior room. Surprising when we came back and was told that we will giving only 2 room for us to share...
"The hotel was good and well maintained. The staffs were a huge plus that they were not only accommodating our requests but also make sure they were done properly. I’ll absolutely be back when I come again."
"Close walking distance to many tourists attractions. The building is quite old but clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good and overall a good deal at the price.
