"Unbelievable stay! The property is stunning and amenities on site were incredible. Breakfast and parking included was such a bonus and the food was so good. Walking distance to Blarney Castle and other pubs. We’d stay here again!"
"This property is old. The shower barely sprayed and didn’t run out of hot water for me but was erratic for my husband showering after me. I didn’t realize it wasn’t within walking distance of restaurants etc. If there was a way across the river close by that would have been helpful. Right on a very busy highway. Mattress was terrible as were the pillows. The lady at the front desk was friendly."
"Disgusting Hotel. Rooms were smelly and dirty. Couldn't wait to leave and get a shower at home. Mattress was ridiculously thin so had to sleep on the spare duvet for abit of comfort. Receptionist was wild rude on check-in. Entire hotel is very dated. The hotel profile is click bait, it looks nothing like the photos. This is without a doubt the worst hotel I've ever stayed in."
"Travelling from Canada. Clean bright rooms. Amazing breakfast/ coffee options each day. On site laundry available. Central location, easy to get around on foot to explore restaurants, markets. Staff were very friendly & helpful.
Definitely will stay here again on our next visit."
"bed comfortable and elevator to floors very helpful. parking is across the street but not included in room rate. location convenient to shopping and cork city, staff not unfriendly but also not particulary helpful either."
"Pretty small room and it's a bit of a walk to any nearby spots but the shared dining area is an improvement to other locations like this I've stayed in."
"The location was good and the property manager communicated well, and that was all of the "good" I could find. Moldy smell, wifi didn't work. Curtains falling off, and the worst was no sheets, just a mattress cover and there was a hair on the pillow. Needless to say I left. I did not stay. If you have any mobility issues at all, not good. The stairs to the loft bed steep. There is a sign stating to back down. Would not recommend"
